Lilian Armstrong, Studies of Renaissance Miniaturists in Venice (London: Pindar, 2003), vol. 1, p. 317, no. 11. Armstrong identifies the arms on [2]₂ as those of the Frizier family of Venice. Early/contemporary corrections throughout. Paper heavily sized. Leaf dimensions: 34 x 24 cm.

BINDING: Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy Q.402.50 FOLIO bound in early brown blind-tooled leather. Spine rebacked in modern brown goatskin with title stamped in gilt. Three of four early brass catches (fore-edge, head, and tail). All edges gilt and gauffered.
